About the Founder
Before venturing into Gemmology, Teri has an illustrious and diverse career background - journalism, corporate branding, investor relations and talent-search consultancy.
A few years ago, Teri decided to take a career break to pursue her interest in Gemmology studies. When Covid-19 struck and many others halted their work, the pandemic gave her the perfect window to immerse herself in the world of gems. Teri subsequently garnered a GIA Graduate Gemmologist qualification. Given the Asian market’s surging interest in Jadeite, Teri flew to Taiwan in 2019 to learn jade identification. In 2023, Teri further strengthened her industry know-how under the mentorship of Mr C.G. Zeng, a renowned Gemmologist in Singapore.
Currently based in Singapore, Teri provides clients with one-stop gemstone sourcing and jewellery customisation service. Drawing from her corporate marketing experience, she is keen to promote gemstone knowledge and expand her service to brand consultancy and training for luxury brands.
